Alien Runner is a free Android game developed by a single independent developer. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and who it's shared with. Playing Alien Runner does not require creating an account or providing any personal details directly to the developer.

Information stored on your device

Your high score and mute/sound preference are saved locally on your device only, using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app.

Information collected by third-party services

Alien Runner uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect data under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob - serves the in-game rewarded ad (used for the Continue option). AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, and general device information to serve and measure ads, and - depending on your device's ad settings - to personalize them.
Firebase Analytics - collects anonymous, aggregated gameplay usage data (such as which power-ups get used or which world themes are reached) to help understand how the game is played.
Firebase Crashlytics - collects crash reports and device diagnostic information (device model, OS version, stack traces) to help identify and fix bugs.

These services are provided by Google. You can review how Google collects and processes data at policies.google.com/privacy, and manage your ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.

Permissions the app requests

Vibrate - for haptic feedback during gameplay.
Network state - to check whether an internet connection is available before offering the rewarded Continue ad.

Alien Runner does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.

Children's privacy

Alien Runner is not directed at children under 13 and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us using the details below so it can be addressed.
